Portable full-chest oscillating expectoration machine

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

JLB-98-C is one kind of Whole Chest Oscillating Expectoration Machine.

Structure: It is mainly composed of the main engine, the full chest airbag vest, the inflatable chest strap, the air hose, the wire-controlled shutdown switch, the power cord and the atomizer. 

Application: It is suitable for patients with difficulty in the discharge of pulmonary secretions or pulmonary insufficiency caused by mucus obstruction of the lungs, and plays a role in promoting airway clearance and expectoration or improving bronchial drainage.

Regulatory requirements: Comply with the standard of YY/T1685-2020 "Pneumatic Pulse Oscillation Phlegm Removal Equipment". 

Inflatable vest specifications: Type A (adult) airbag vest size: chest circumference between (100~130) cm, length between (35~65) cm; Type B (children) airbag vest size: chest circumference in the range of (60~80) cm, length in the range of (25~50) cm.

Inflatable Chest Strap Specifications: Inflatable Chest Strap Size: Chest circumference is in the range of (60~130)cm, width 20±2cm. 

Air hose: length 1800±20mm, air hose is made of PVC material, anti-pull-off force ≥ 20N, strong resistance. 

Working mode: manual mode, fixed mode, custom mode. Fixed mode (i.e., automatic mode) is further divided into adult mode and child mode. Adult mode: Gentle, Standard, and Intensive. Kid's mode: Gentle, Standard, and Intensive. Custom mode: Divide the treatment process into four phases, each of which is freely adjustable in pressure, time and frequency, and non-adjustable during treatment. It has the function of preventing misoperation, the parameter adjustment is out of range, and the system reminds it. 

Timing Adjustment Range: Fixed mode: 5min ~ 20min step distance is 5min. Manual mode: 1min ~ 60min step distance is 1min. Custom mode: 4min ~ 60min step distance is 1min. The error of treatment time should be ≤ 5%. Adult type: 5Hz~25Hz Children's type: 5Hz~15Hz. 

Pneumatic pressure: The pressure intensity adjustment range is divided into 10 levels, and the pressure intensity range is 0.4kPa~4.0 kPa. 

Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
